Koos Louw is an Industrial Communications and Psychology graduate of the University of the Free State.

In 2015, he graduated from The Protocol School of Washington, the USA’s only nationally accredited Business Etiquette and International Protocol educational institution – and, the first and only school of its kind accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training.

In addition, Koos Louw is certified by The British School of Etiquette, a CPD [Continued Professional Development] + ILM [Institute of Leadership & Management] certified institution and accredited by the Investors in People Practitioner Board in the United Kingdom.

K-Lo is an Associate Member of PDI-POA [The International Protocol Officers’ Association,] a Professional Qualified Member of the NSA [USA National Speakers Association] and a qualifed member of e-Speakers International.
